- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪HORRIBLE!!!!! I have been a member of this bank for almost 8 years. Up until this last year they have been great. BUT Since june of 2013... All the debit cards I have received have had problems, When I have an issue with my online account they say there going to give me a temporary password and don't, so I can never log into my account. I run a small business out of my home. Not only that, but when you log in online they don't really offer you much compared to the other banks surrounding dekalb. I get charged everytime I use my debit card even if I run it as credit, and now with this "new" card I had to order I can't even run it at all!!!!! MY ACCOUNT APPARENTLY RAN TO 0??? SO THEY CLOSED IT OUT AND DIDNT SAY ANYTHING TO ME ABOUT IT, NO NOTICE, NO EMAIL, NO PHONE CALL. NOTHING. SO DONE WITH THIS BANK I REALLY HAVE TO SAY I WILL BE TAKING MY SERVICES ELSEWHERE BECAUSE YOUR BANK IS HORRIBLE!!October 24, 2017by tiffany kramer
