  I had bunion surgery 3 years ago by Neil Levin. Last year he did my other foot. It was the best experience. I couldn't walk a block without being in pain now I'm back walking the golf course. He was gentle,compassionate, and caring. Im very happy I did it with Dr. Levin

  I was taken back when I brought my son in for a simple ingrown toenail and was asked to pay $350 upfront before being treated. I was told that I would receive a refund when the claim was processed by my insurance should there be a refund to give. This was back in Nov of 2016. My life is hectic and my schedule full but while going through medical expenses for my son I realized I never received anything about the processing of this claim. I called the office and they received payment from my insurance and my contribution was just my $10 co-pay. They had neglected to refund my remaining $340 to me for over 4 months! I believe they had no intention of sending me that refund and wonder how many other people neglect to inquire if they are due a refund? I have spoken to other physicians and surgeons and all state that payment before treatment is not only bad customer services but also unethical! I give 2 stars as my sons removal was done with professionalism and skill but they need major assistance in their billing and customer service departments.
